WHAT : Basketball Camp for boy’s entering grades 4-6. The camp will
stress the fundamentals of basketball and teach the Simley High School offensive and defensive principles.
 
WHEN:  June 24-27, Monday- Thursday (7:30am-10:00am)

WHERE: Simley High School

WHO: Individual and Team Development with Simley High School head coach Willie Braziel and any boys who love the game or who are interested in basketball.

I, the above, am aware that the school district carries no health and accident insurance for students participating in
camps. I give permission for my son /ward to participate in the 2024 Simley high school basketball camp and will not hold
camp personnel liable in case of injuries during the camp. I also give permission for the camp personnel to contact first aid assistance if necessary. The athlete named above is in good health.
